    This was such a fun (and painfully accurate) read 😄 The braai analogy is spot on — I’ve definitely seen more than a few “feature splats” in my time.

    What I really appreciated is how clearly you explained the difference between just shipping ideas and actually testing assumptions. That shift from “let’s build it” to “let’s test whether this works” sounds obvious, but in reality it’s hard to get teams to slow down and do it properly.
